The RRAS is happy to provide education and outreach events for the benefit of the general public. The RRAS outreach program is sustained by dedicated volunteers, who contribute time and expertise in sharing their knowledge and passion for astronomy.  If you would like the RRAS to join in your event, please fill out the form linked below.  We require at least a four-week notice for outreach (six weeks preferred).

RRAS volunteers conduct  public star parties after each monthly meeting at the Rainbow Park Observatory, located at 301 Southern Blvd. Rio Rancho, NM 87124, each month on the Friday between New Moon and First Quarter Moon weather permitting.  See the Home Page for upcoming meeting dates.
